Totally agree about male thirst being out of control. That's exactly what gives women so much leverage and puts most men in scarcity. That in conjunction with women's obsession and entitlement to "date up" rather than date across is what's created this massive shit storm that is the modern dating landscape.

I stumbled across this book, The Shadow Game of Attraction By Atruve, and I was not sure what to expect at first. But as I kept reading, I realized just how much we are not told about attraction, influence, and power. It is not the typical advice you hear everywhere. It actually exposes the hidden dynamics behind why some people seem to have an almost unfair advantage. Once you see it, you cannot unsee it. I do not usually recommend books online, but this one is different. If you have ever wondered why some people effortlessly draw others in while others struggle, this book explains it in a way that just clicks. Worth a look.

These two guys are two of the biggest for me, and I intend to join both their programs (I’m working higher priorities at the moment, as I believe they’d both advise me to do if they knew what my priorities are). As for why they’re two of my biggest sources of education, it’s because I know a solid majority (at least 60-70 percent) of each of their material is solid material, and between the two I’m confident that I’ll learn at least 85-95 percent of what I need to from just these two guys. The remaining 5-15%? That can be handed from guys like Rollo, Rich Cooper, and Corey Wayne. (And guys, don’t bother arguing about any of this…I won’t respond. Just take it as IMHO. Now go and learn and put it into action; don’t bother arguing about it!)

If a woman respects you she will withhold sex upfront to make it seem like she is virtuous. If she gives it up right away she doesnt see you to be of much value. Its fascinating

How to get around this: by proving her value means nothing on its own. Then you take away her news to withhold to raise her own value. Then you can win regardless. If she walks away from that, it’s cuz you were invalidating her, meaning you don’t lose

i don't acutally think that a longterm relationship with women which constantly love you is impossible . because I have seen it. its more spiritual than material. but what Casey say at 50:00 is well spoken. also linked to masculine and feminine dynamics

Most women's attraction to men is their father, Dad only responds to her when she's being daddy's girl, and she's probably familiar with the words "No you're not gonna do that/ not going there/ not having it"because she grew up in a patriarchal hierarchy

Don't think I've ever wanted to give up more. The game 1:28:23 is so disingenuous and so far from how I want to interact with the woman I want to love. You guys are just explaining reality so it's not on you, but this may just be the most potent fuel for the nihilism.

Great convo. Noticed Casey said guys that want to sleep around with many women is usually due to ego - doesn't that apply to both Casey and Mike? Also when he said he doesn't feel lows, but also doesn't feel highs, I am starting to question if this guy is capable of love. Possible he is just a sociopath? If I recall his entire approach towards women is calculative (not denying it doesn't work), things kind of line up. Food for thought

Here's a breakdown of the key points of casey teaching
Building the Inner World: Focus on personal development and inner strength. The idea is to cultivate a strong sense of self and not be easily accessible to others, which can increase your value in the eyes of others.
Scarcity and Value: By not being easily available or overly talkative, you create an aura of exclusivity. This can align with the concept of hypergamy, where people are attracted to those who are perceived as high value.
Learning to Say No: This is about setting boundaries and not always being eager to please. It shows that you have standards and self-respect, which can be attractive qualities.
Social Proof: The idea that women may desire what other women want. Engaging with multiple women (not for validation, but to understand social dynamics) can create a perception that you are desirable, which can enhance your social value.
Ambiguity in Relationships: Never fully committing or openly validating your availability keeps others guessing. This can create an allure of mystery and the impression that you have other options, which can make you more intriguing.

I would have set up this interview, not directly facing, it’s a confrontational angle, however, I wish I was interviewing Casey, I hope Michael can do justice here.
I want to see Casey on Fresh and Fit.
